Conigliaro Block offers optional natural stone veneer finishes on all our block products.
Real stone is applied to our block products during the manufacturing process resulting in a natural appearance and a strong bond between the stone veneer and the underlying concrete blocks.
Because they are made in a controlled environment then delivered to the field, our product quality is excellent and our prices are very competitive.
Our natural stone veneers are perfect for retaining walls, driveway pillars, sitting walls, etc.
We offer complete design services, manufacturing and field installation.
There are five different natural stone veneers to pick from and each one comes in several different cuts.
Our most popular natural stone veneer is “Fieldstone Blend” and our most popular cut is a mix of 80% “Ashlar” and 20% "Ledgestone" as shown below.

Our blocks with natural stone veneer are designed and manufactured to mimic the look of a "mason-built" natural stone wall. The idea is to build a beautiful wall at a fraction of the cost of hiring a mason to build from scratch. The resulting wall built with our blocks will be strong, aesthetically pleasing and typically manufactured and installed at a lower price than what a professional mason would charge.
We encourage every customer that is considering our blocks with natural stone veneer to visit our facility to see the blocks and how they fit together. prior to purchase.
Yes, segmental construction of your wall using individual blocks will result in seams between the blocks. There are vertical seams and horizontal seams between all blocks. The horizontal seams are typically relatively tight. However, the more angles and curves in the wall, the more vertical gaps may occur. Of course we always try to minimize the vertical gaps during construction, however site conditions may result in more or less visible vertical gaps. Generally speaking, the seams and gaps are noticeable up close, however they are far less prominent once you step back a bit and/or put landscaping to soften the look of a large wall.
Please remember segmental walls are designed to tolerate movement due to earthquakes and freeze/thaw cycles. As such grouting is generally not recommended. We do not grout the seams. There are typically no sizable horizontal gaps at the seams. However vertical gaps at the seams, due to angles, curves and other site conditions, may occur. Gaps of 1" or larger will typically be grouted in the field. We do not grout every single seam or gap. Because the blocks are manufactured in our plant, and the grouting occurs in the field, there will be some variation in the color of the concrete between the natural stones and the field installed grout. Weather and temperatures will also dictate if grouting in the field can and should be done.
