Every job requires a few site specific block modifications. Conigliaro Block is here to help!
Want your chosen designer imprint finish to wrap around the end of the wall or around your corners? Our 2 Face Blocks are the solution!
If you have a designer imprint finish and an inside corner, our Inside Corner Blocks will provide the perfect fit!
Flat Top blocks are blocks with the knobs blanked out, i.e. eliminated from the top when pouring the blocks. This is a more cost-effective way to use our standard 2x2x2, 2x2x4 or 2x2x6 blocks as the final course of blocks rather than using an additional layer of cap blocks that are not needed to retain earth.
Need to pass water through the wall? Our Blocks with Drain Holes make that job easy!
You can connect your behind wall drain system right to the imbedded pipe that we precast into the block(s).
Think straight walls are boring? All our 2x2x4 standard series blocks can be poured as radius blocks which are compatible with our straight blocks for seamless transitions.
Radius blocks can be used for convex and concave curves with as little as a 14' radius.
Need a custom angle in your wall rather than a curve or a 90 degree corner? We can custom precast a block at your desired angle.
Want your lawn, mulch or asphalt to come right over the top of your new retaining wall? Our Shelf Top Blocks are the perfect solution!
Does your wall step down in certain areas? Don't worry, we offer Step Down Blocks which are blocks with one male on top rather than two. We offer Step Down Right Blocks (right male missing when looking at front) as well as Step Down Left Blocks. The picture shows Step Down Right Blocks in use.
Notch Blocks are used if you want to go over a footing, an existing underground pipe or any other obstacle in your path.
Don't spend time cutting a block - we can custom pour a block with a notch to go over the obstacle!
Looking for even more strength in your retaining wall or material bin system? Conigliaro Block's BlockLock System may be the answer!
Wedge Blocks are used if you want to lean your wall back into the hillside to eliminate the need for geogrid up to 12 feet in wall height. You create a level pad, place the wedge blocks on the level pad, then simply stack the blocks on top of the wedges. The result - a 12 degree lean in the wall!
Our standard wedge block is 4' deep x 6 feet long by 1.1' high, creating 12 degree base for your wall.
Need a headwall built right into your retaining wall? Conigliaro Block will custom precast a section that is fully compatible and interlocks with our retaining wall blocks for a seamless fit!
